We strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that bridal gowns and custom-made pieces follow a specialized consultation process and may have different eligibility requirements.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
